Der Scarchilli Point (englisch) ist eine Landspitze aus Granit an der Scott-Küste des ostantarktischen Viktorialands. Sie liegt 3 km nordwestlich des Tomovick-Nunataks und 16 km südsüdwestlich der Reed-Nunatakker am Südrand des oberen Abschnitts des Larsen-Gletschers.

Italienische Wissenschaftler benannten die Landspitze 2025 nach Claudio Scarchilli von der ENEA, der hier ab 2005 eine meteorologische Station betrieben hatte.
