Sarrat ist eine Stadtgemeinde in der philippinischen Provinz Ilocos Norte.
In Sarrat wurde der spätere philippinische Präsident Ferdinand Marcos geboren. Neben einem Museum über den ehemaligen Präsidenten befinden sich auch ein Gotteshaus der Unabhängigen Philippinischen Kirche sowie eine römisch-katholische Kirche im Ort.
