Sapson (ukrainisch und russisch Запсонь - 1946 bis 1991 Заставне/Sastawne; ungarisch Zápszony[1], tschechoslowakisch Zapsoň) ist ein Dorf im Rajon Berehowe in der westukrainischen Oblast Transkarpatien.[2]
Sapson liegt rund vierzehn Kilometer Luftlinie nordwestlich vom Rajonzentrum Berehowe und vierzig Kilometer südsüdöstlich vom Oblastzentrum Uschhorod entfernt. Etwa drei Kilometer südlich von Sapson verläuft die ukrainisch-ungarische Grenze.[2]
Am 19. September 2019 wurde das Dorf ein Teil neu gegründeten Landgemeinde Kosson[3][4], bis dahin bildete es die Landratsgemeinde Sapson (Запсонська сільська рада/Sapsonska silska rada) im Westen des Rajons Berehowe.
