Samarapo ist ein osttimoresischer Ort im Suco Gugleur (Verwaltungsamt Maubara, Gemeinde Liquiçá). Er liegt im Osten der Aldeia Lissa-Lara, zwischen den Gipfeln des Foho Gugleur (1141 m) im Westen und des Foho Samarapo (1026 m) im Nordosten, in einer Meereshöhe von 1020 m.[1][2] Westlich befindet sich das Dorf Lissa-Lara, der Hauptort der Aldeia und nordwestlich, beim Gipfel des Foho Samarapo das Dorf Nunulete.[1][3]

Der spätere Politiker und indonesische Diplomat Francisco Lopes da Cruz wuchs in Samarapo auf. Sein Vater war hier Katechist[4] in der noch heute bestehenden Kapelle.[1]
