Lage von Reino

Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 31 km nördlich der Provinzhauptstadt Benevento. Die Nachbargemeinden sind Circello, Colle Sannita, Fragneto l’Abate, Pesco Sannita und San Marco dei Cavoti. Die Ortsteile lauten Bosco del Monte, Gianferri und Streppone.
