Polygraph bzw. Polygraf (wörtlich „Vielschreiber“) bezeichnet:
- ein Gerät zur gleichzeitigen Erfassung und Darstellung mehrerer biologischer Parameter:
- für die Polysomnographie (in der Schlafmedizin)
- für die kardiorespiratorische Polygraphie (in der Schlafmedizin)
- Lügendetektor
- Polygraf, ein Beruf im Druckwesen
- Polygraph (Informatik), ein gerichteter Graph, der zur Überprüfung der Sichtenserialisierbarkeit dient
- Polygraph (Zeichnen), ein Zeichenhilfsmittel
- Jefferson-Polygraph, ein Vorläufer des Kopiergeräts
