Pierres liegt am Fluss Eure, in den hier die Voise mündet. Umgeben wird Pierres von den Nachbargemeinden Villiers-le-Morhier im Norden, Maintenon im Osten und Süden, Bouglainval im Südwesten, Néron im Westen sowie Nogent-le-Roi im Nordwesten.
