Oxia Planum ist eine ausgedehnte Ebene am Rande der Tiefebene Chryse Planitia auf dem Planeten Mars. Die Ebene liegt zwischen dem Abflusskanal des Mawrth Vallis im Nordosten und dem Abflusskanal des Ares Vallis im Südwesten.

Oxia Planum war einer von acht potenziellen Landeplätzen für die ExoMars-Mission der Europäischen Weltraumorganisation und Roskosmos. Nach einem fünfjährigen Auswahlverfahren wurde es offiziell als Landeplatz für den Rover „Rosalind Franklin“ ausgewählt. Es erfüllte die Kriterien für eine Roverlandung aufgrund seiner Breite, Höhe, Oberflächenneigungen und seines Geländes aus dem Noachium. Es wurde aufgrund seiner relativ glatten Topografie und seines Reichtums an hydratisierten Mineralien ausgewählt.
