OpenBCM ist ein freies, mehrsprachiges Packet-Radio-Mailbox-Programm.
Das Programm wurde vom deutschen Elektroingenieur und Funkamateur Florian Radlherr (DL8MBT) entwickelt[1]. Es wird in zahlreichen Ländern für Amateurfunk und CB-Funk eingesetzt.[2]
