Neosesarma ist eine Gattung der Krabben aus der Familie der Sesarmidae mit drei Arten.[1] Sie besiedeln die Gezeitenzone im zentralen Indopazifik.[2]

Merkmale

Der Carapax ist bis zu 26 mm lang. Der Epibranchialzahn ist spitz und vom äußeren Augenhöhlenrand durch eine tiefe Furche getrennt, dahinter liegt ein kleiner zweiter Zahn. Die Stirn verläuft nahezu gerade und hat keine mittige Einziehung, ein Postfrontallappen ist allenfalls angedeutet. Die Hand (Propodus) der Scheren (Chelae) weist bei Männchen eine kammartige Leiste auf, die deutlich vom oberen Innenrand abgesetzt ist. Der bewegliche Finger trägt eine Reihe konischer Höcker. Der Finger der Schreitbeine hat etwa zwei Drittel der Länge des Propodus.[2]
