Nelson Chirchir (* 16. Juni 1956) ist ein ehemaliger kenianischer Leichtathlet, der im Mittel- und Langstreckenlauf an den Start ging. Er wurde 1992 Afrikameister über 1500 Meter.

Sportliche Laufbahn

Nelson Chirchir trat 1992 bei den Afrikameisterschaften in Belle Vue Maurel an und gewann dort in 3:38,52 min die Goldmedaille im 1500-Meter-Lauf. In den Folgejahren trat er vor allem im Straßenlauf über die Marathondistanz an.
