Minta ist eine Kleinstadt in Kamerun. Zusammen mit ihrem Umland bildet sie die gleichnamige Commune (Arrondissement).[1]

Geografie

Minta liegt in der Region Centre, Département Haute-Sanaga. Sie liegt an der Fernstraße N1, etwa 40 Kilometer östlich der Hauptstadt des Département Nanga-Eboko.

Bevölkerung

Die Commune hatte während der letzten Volkszählung (2005) 11.406 Einwohner, davon 2151 im Ort Minta selbst.[1]
