Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen im Jahr 2014 von ehemaligen Managern der Deutschen Bank.[3] Im Jahr 2015 erwarb die Gesellschaft Testa, die bis dahin als Immobiliensparte von Sacyr fungierte, und integrierte im Jahr 2016 die Gewerbeimmobilien von Metrovacesa.[4]
