Der Staatsbahnhof Macomer liegt an der Nord-Süd-Bahnstrecke Cagliari–Golfo Aranci Marittima, der naheliegende Schmalspurbahnhof ist Ausgangspunkt der westwärts verlaufenden Bahnstrecke Macomer–Bosa und der ostwärts verlaufenden Bahnstrecke Macomer–Nuoro.
