Li Kui (chinesisch 李悝, Pinyin Lǐ Kuī, * 455 v. Chr.; † 395 v. Chr.) war ein Beamter und Offizier des Staates Wei zur Zeit der Streitenden Reiche in China. Ihm wird das um 400 v. Chr. verfasste Buch der Gesetze (chinesisch 法經 / 法经, Pinyin Fǎjīng) zugeschrieben, das durch Shang Yangs Vermittlung zur Grundlage für die Gesetzgebung der Dynastien Qin und Han wurde.
