Kisuke ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Ushetu in der tansanischen Region Shinyanga.

Geografie

Kisuke ist ein ländlicher Bezirk in der Seezone im Nordwesten von Tansania, etwa 30 Kilometer Luftlinie südwestlich der Distrikthauptstadt Kahama.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 6152 Menschen in 1160 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von 49 Quadratkilometern.[4]

Der Bezirk grenzt an sechs Bezirke des Distrikts Ushetu:[5]

Infrastruktur

  • Bildung: Die Kisuke Secondary School ist eine staatliche weiterführende Schule, die rund 200 Jugendliche bis zur 4. Stufe ausbildet (Stand 2023).[7]
  • Gesundheitseinrichtungen: In jeder der Gemeinden Kisuke[8] und Itumbo[9] liegt eine staatliche Apotheke.
