Kate Katzman

Kate Katzman (* 1. Januar 1985 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)[1] ist eine US-amerikanisch-irische Schauspielerin und ein Model.

Leben

Katzman wurde am 1. Januar 1985 in Philadelphia geboren. Als sie sieben Jahre alt war, zog ihre Familie mit ihr nach Palm City, im US-Bundesstaat Florida. Ab ihrer High-School-Zeit begann sie, erste Modelaufträge entgegenzunehmen.[1] Nach ihrem College-Abschluss zog sie nach Miami und traf später auf Burt Reynolds, von dem sie das Schauspiel erlernte.[2] Es folgte schließlich der Umzug nach Palm Beach und erste Mitwirkungen in Werbespots.

2015 gab sie in Walt vor Micky ihr Filmschauspieldebüt. 2019 mimte sie die weibliche Hauptrolle der Ellen Scrooge im Weihnachtsfilm A Christmas Carol, der unter anderen auf Apple TV+ erschien.[3] Im selben Jahr spielte sie außerdem im Weihnachtsfilm Santa in Training mit. 2020 stellte sie die Rolle der Megan Albert im Film Kings of Hollywood dar. Im Folgejahr war sie als eine der Antagonisten im Actionfilm Killing Field – Dein Land. Deine Regeln. Dein Kampf. als Violet und somit Gegenspielerin von Chad Michael Murray und Bruce Willis zu sehen.[4] 2022 folgten Mitwirkungen in den Spielfilmproduktionen Panama – The Revolution is Heating Up, Hot Seat sowie Paradise City – Endstation Rache. 2024 wirkte sie im Film Old Guy – Alter Hund mit neuen Tricks in der Rolle der Simone mit.
