Jochen Opitz

Jochen Opitz (* 31. Mai 1941 in Zarzysko, Niederschlesien) ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Hockeyspieler aus der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik.

Sport

Jochen Opitz spielte für den SC Motor Jena.[1] Mit der gesamtdeutschen Mannschaft war er bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1964 in Tokio. Beim olympischen Hockeyturnier kam er nicht zum Einsatz. Die Mannschaft belegte mit zwei Siegen und fünf Unentschieden den dritten Platz in ihrer Gruppe. In den Platzierungsspielen erreichte die Auswahl mit zwei Siegen den fünften Platz.[2] Opitz spielte auch bei einem Freundschaftsspiel in Indien 1964.
