Jallans liegt etwa zwei Kilometer östlich vom Stadtzentrum von Châteaudun. Umgeben wird Jallans von den Nachbargemeinden Donnemain-Saint-Mamès im Norden, Moléans im Norden und Nordosten, Villemaury mit Lutz-en-Dunois im Osten und Südosten sowie Châteaudun im Süden und Westen.
