Italian Open 2016
Die Diamond Nine / Dynamic Billard Italian Open 2016 waren das 141. Turnier der Poolbillard-Turnierserie Euro-Tour. Sie fanden vom 25. bis 27. Februar 2016 im BHR Treviso Hotel in Treviso statt und wurden in der Disziplin 9-Ball ausgespielt. Zum zwölften Mal wurde ein Euro-Tour-Turnier in der norditalienischen Provinzhauptstadt ausgetragen, zum 23. Mal in Italien.
Der Pole Mieszko Fortuński gewann das Turnier durch einen 9:6-Sieg im Finale gegen den Deutschen Ralf Souquet.
Titelverteidiger Niels Feijen schied im Viertelfinale gegen Fortuński aus. Der Engländer Mark Gray, der mit den Treviso Open 2015 das 140. Euro-Tour-Turnier gewonnen hatte, unterlag im Viertelfinale dem Griechen Nikos Ekonomopoulos.
Finalrunde
Ab dem Sechzehntelfinale wurden die Spiele im K.-o.-System ausgetragen. Die 32 Teilnehmer dieser Runde wurden im Doppel-K.-o.-System ermittelt.[1]
