IC 3455 ist eine linsenförmige Galaxie vom Hubble-Typ S0/a im Sternbild Haar der Berenike am Nordsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 1 Milliarde Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 185.000 Lichtjahren.

Im selben Himmelsareal befindet sich unter anderem die Galaxie NGC 4494.[4]

Das Objekt wurde am 23. März 1903 vom deutschen Astronomen Max Wolf entdeckt.[5]
