Hjerm ist eine dänische Kleinstadt in der Struer Kommune am Limfjord im Nordwesten Jütlands. Sie liegt in der Verwaltungsregion Midtjylland.

Die Stadt verfügt über eine Schule (bis zur 6. Klasse), ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, zwei Kirchen sowie ein Stadion. Zudem ist Hjerm der Sitz mehrerer Unternehmen. Der örtliche Bahnhof liegt an Den vestjyske længdebane zwischen Esbjerg und Struer.
