HMS Modeste
Sechs Schiffe der britischen Royal Navy trugen den Namen HMS Modeste.
- HMS Modeste (1759), ein Linienschiff dritter Klasse mit 64 Kanonen, die zuvor die französische Modeste gewesen war. Sie wurde 1759 erobert und ab 1778 im Hafen eingesetzt. 1800 abgewrackt.
- HMS Modeste (1793), ein Linienschiff fünfter Klasse mit 36 Kanonen, die zuvor die französische Modeste gewesen war. Sie wurde 1793 erobert und ab 1804 als schwimmende Batterie eingesetzt. 1814 abgewrackt.
- HMS Modeste, ein Linienschiff fünfter Klasse mit 36 Kanonen, die zuvor die französische Terpsichore gewesen war. Sie wurde 1814 erobert, jedoch nie eingesetzt. 1816 abgewrackt.
- HMS Modeste (1837), eine Sloop mit 18 Kanonen. 1866 verkauft.
- HMS Modeste (1873), eine schraubengetriebene Korvette mit 14 Geschützen. 1888 verkauft.
- HMS Modeste (U42), eine modifizierte Sloop der Black-Swan-Klasse. 1961 verkauft.
