Das Guam Congress Building, auch bekannt als Parlamentsgebäude von Guam, ist der Sitz des Parlaments von Guam und befindet sich in Chalan Santo Papa in Hagåtña, Guam. Es wurde 1949 von Pacific Island Buildings und Brown & Root Pacific Bridge & Maxon erbaut. Es diente sowohl als Kapitol als auch als Gerichtsgebäude. Das Gebäude wurde 2007 in das US-amerikanische National Register of Historic Places aufgenommen.[1]

Das Gebäude ist von Bedeutung für die Geschichte des Chamorro-Volkes und dessen Kampf gegen die militärische Vorherrschaft der US-Marine im Jahr 1950. 1989 zog das Parlament in ein neues Gebäude um und zwei Flügel wurden abgerissen. Anschließend wurden Regierungsbüros darin untergebracht. Im Dezember 2016 wurden die Restaurierungs- und Energiesparmaßnahmen am Kongressgebäude abgeschlossen, sodass das Parlament von Guam ab Januar 2017 wieder dort tagen konnte und die Senatoren nach 27 Jahren wieder ganztägig in das historische Gebäude zurückkehrten.[1][2]
