Der Weiler Frontenat war eine ehemals selbständige französische Gemeinde, die 1810 an die Gemeinde Archignat im Département Allier im Norden der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes angeschlossen wurde. Frontenat liegt circa vier Kilometer südlich von Archignat.
