Format:B ist ein deutsches Tech-House-Duo aus Berlin.


Format:B sind Franziskus & Robin aus Berlin – bekannt für ihren unverwechselbaren Motorfunk: chunky Grooves zwischen Hip Hop, House und Techno. Ihr Sound brachte ihnen weltweiten Respekt – und mit ihrem Hit „Chunky“ den Sprung aus dem Underground in die internationalen Charts. Als Gründer von Formatik Records und Residents im legendären Ritter Butzke prägen sie Berlins Clubszene seit 2004. Von Berghain bis Fabric London, von El Row Ibiza bis zum Fusion Festival – ihre Sets haben Dancefloors weltweit erschüttert: Japan, Australien, Südamerika, Nordamerika, Russland und ganz Europa. Im Holzmarkt Studio Berlin produzieren sie Releases für Labels wie Toolroom & Formatik und haben bereits Remixe für Stars wie Paul Kalkbrenner oder Martin Solveig abgeliefert.
