Eine Datenstation (DST, englisch Terminal oder Station) ist in der Datenübertragung die Einheit aus Datenübertragungseinrichtung (DÜE, zum Beispiel ein Modem) und Datenendeinrichtung (DEE, zum Beispiel ein PC). Sie bildet mit mindestens einer weiteren Datenstation ein Datenübertragungssystem.[1]
