Crash Adams ist ein kanadisches Popmusik-Duo aus Toronto, Ontario, bestehend aus Rafaele „Crash“ Massarelli und Vince „Adams“ Sasso.

Geschichte

Das Duo begann Anfang der 2020er-Jahre gemeinsam Musik zu machen und erlangte zunächst nur geringe Aufmerksamkeit. Größere Bekanntheit erzielten sie durch kurze TikTok-Videos, in denen die rote Couch von Massarellis Großmutter an ungewöhnlichen Orten gezeigt wurde. Anfang 2023 veröffentlichten sie über Warner Music Canada die vier Titel umfassende EP California Girl. Bei den Juno Awards 2024 wurden sie als „Breakthrough Group of the Year“ nominiert.[2][3][4]

Im Jahr 2023 beteiligte sich Crash Adams an der Supergroup-Coverversion von Serena Ryders What I Wouldn’t Do im Rahmen der Initiative „Artists for Feel Out Loud“.[5] 2025 traten sie bei America’s Got Talent auf, wo sie ihren eigenen Song Optimist präsentierten, vier Ja-Stimmen erhielten und sich für die nächste Runde qualifizierten. Juror Simon Cowell hob dabei die unmittelbare Reaktion des Publikums hervor.[6]
