Communication World

Die Communication World war eine Fachmesse der Messe München mit begleitender Konferenz zu den Themen Mobile Technology, Mobile Enterprise und Mobile Business.[1] Sie fand jährlich im MOC Veranstaltungscenter München statt.

An den beiden Veranstaltungstagen werden mobile Strategien und Technologien, Lösungen für Mitarbeiter sowie zur Kundenansprache aus den Bereichen Automotive, Gesundheit, Tourismus, Handel und Verwaltung präsentiert.

Geschichte

Die Communication World ging erstmals im Jahr 2002 als UMTS-Konferenz, begleitend zur ehemaligen IT-Messe Systems, an den Start.

Ab 2014 wurde die Communication World zur IT2Industry, die sich mit den Themen der IT-Industrialisierung (Industrie 4.0) befasst. IT2Industry ist später in der automatica aufgegangen.[2]
