Christina Pinnow (geb. 8. Juli 1967 in Potsdam) ist eine ehemalige deutsche Segelsportlerin, die für die Deutsche Demokratische Republik und später für Deutschland antrat.

Sie war für die Olympischen Sommerspielen 1988 in Seoul gemeldet; bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1992 in Barcelona trat sie für Deutschland an. Im Team mit Peggy Hardwiger kam sie in der 470er Jolle auf Rang 8.[1] Das Team gewann die Europameisterschaften 1989.

Pinnow wurde Konstruktionsingenieurin.
