Der britische Filmschauspieler, -Regisseur und -Produzent Michael Caton-Jones wurde in Broxburn geboren; ebenso der schottische Fußballspieler William Edward „Bill“ Bann, die Fußballspielerin Shelley Kerr und der römisch-katholischer Erzbischof von Edmonton in Kanada Anthony Jordan.
