Profikarriere

Leo gab sein Profidebüt im November 2012. Er gewann seine ersten drei Kämpfe nach Punkten.

Am 1. August 2020 errang er den vakanten Weltmeistertitel der WBO im Superbantamgewicht. Er verlor den Titel jedoch bereits in seiner ersten Titelverteidigung an Stephen Fulton im Jahr darauf nach Punkten.

Am 10. August 2024 gewann Leo im Federgewicht den Weltmeistertitel des Verbandes IBF, als er Luis Alberto Lopez durch klassischen Knockout in der 10. Runde schlug. Gegen den Japaner Tomoki Kameda verteidigte er diesen Titel am 24. Mai des darauffolgenden Jahres durch Mehrheitsentscheidung.
