Agnes Mulder (2017)

Agnes Henriëtte Mulder (* 21. Oktober 1973 in Hardenberg, Overijssel) ist eine niederländische Politikerin des CDA. Sie ist seit dem 1. Januar 2026 Kommissar des Königs in der Provinz Drenthe, als Nachfolgerin von Jetta Klijnsma (PvdA).

Leben und Karriere

Mulder studierte Internationale Politische Ökonomie an der Reichsuniversität Groningen und arbeitete zunächst als Angestellter bei der ABN AMRO Bank und danach von 2004 bis 2012 als Manager Drenthe der Industrie- und Handelskammer Nordniederlande.

Schon beteiligt an der Jugendorganisation CDJA war sie als Christdemokrat von 2003 bis 2010 Mitglied der Provinzialstaaten von Drenthe und von 2010 bis 2012 Mitglied des Gemeinderats und CDA-Fraktionsvorsitzende von Assen.

Danach war sie (auch als Christdemokrat) von 2012 bis 2023 Mitglied der Zweiten Kammer des niederländischen Parlaments und arbeitete danach von 2023 bis 2025 als Manager für Mittel- und Kleinbetriebe (MKB) Nord beim Arbeitgeberverband VNO-NCW.

Mulder ist ledig und Mitglied der Protestantischen Kirche in den Niederlanden.

Sie war Politiker des Jahres 2012 in Drenthe und ist seit 2023 Ritter des Ordens von Oranien-Nassau.
