The Bottom

The Bottom[1] (hol. Botte), je administrativno središte ostrva Saba, koje je u sastavu Karipske Nizozemske u Karipskom moru. Osnovali su ga holandski kolonisti 1632. godine i nazvali ga „Botte“ („posuda“). Ubrzo su na ostrvu preovladali engleski i škotski gusari, pa pod njihov uticajem grad dobija ime „The Bottom“. U Bottomu se nalaze tri anglikanske crkve i univerzitet. Stanovništvo je malobrojno, svega 462 osobe. Svakog ljeta se održava tradicionalni karneval.
