Second Helping je drugi studijski album američke rock grupe Lynyrd Skynyrd, izdat 1974. godine. Na albumu se nalazi osam pjesama, uključujući i njihov hit singl "Sweet Home Alabama". Ovo je prvi Skynyrdov album na kojem se pojavljuju tri gitarista, i tzv. "napad trostruke gitare" će kasnije postati njihov zaštitni znak.

Album je ponovo izdat 1997, i na njemu se pojavljuju tri dodatne pjesme.
