OpenGL ili Javna Grafička Biblioteka (engleski: Open Graphics Library) jeste grafički 3D standard stvoren od strane Silicon Graphics kompanije. Silicon Graphics je debitirala na svjetskom tržištu sa moćnim Silicon Graphics računarima za obradu video zapisa tokom osamdesetih i devedesetih godina prošlog vijeka.

Standard se sastoji od preko 250 različitih funkcija koje definišu načine crtanja kompleksnih 3D scena sa jednostavnim primitivima ili osnovnim geometrijskim elementima - kocka, trokut, piramida, itd. OpenGL je popularna biblioteka u industriji video igara, gdje se trenutno takmiči sa Microsoftovim Direct3D-om.
