MathType

MathType, proizvod kompanije Design Science, je interaktivni alat za Windows i Macintosh, koji omogućava pisanje matematičke notacije u programima za obradu teksta, internet stranicama, prezentacijama, kao i za TeX, LaTeX i MathML dokumente. MathType je profesionalna verzija Equation Editora u MS Office-u i mnogim drugim proizvodima.

Trenutna verzija alata MathType (verzija 6) je u potpunosti kompatibilna sa programskim paketima Office 2000, XP, 2003 i 2007. MathType za Macintosh verzije 5.1 je kompatibilan sa programskim paketom Office 98, kao i kasnijim verzijama istog.
