Laba (češki: Labe; njemački: Elbe) jest srednjoevropska rijeka koja protječe kroz Češku i Njemačku u dužini 1094 km. Izvire u Krkonošama na sjeveru Češke, a ulijeva se u Sjeverno more kod Cuxhavena, 110 km sjeverozapadno od Hamburga. Glavne su joj pritoke Vltava, Saale, Havel, Mulde, Crni Elster i Ohře.
