Leukocitni imunoglobulinoliki receptori (LILR) su porodica receptora koji imaju vanćelijske domene imunoglobulina.[1]

Također su poznati kao CD85, ILT i LIR, i mogu vršiti imunomodulatorne efekte na širok spektar imunskih ćelija.[2] Ljudski geni koji kodiraju ove receptore nalaze se u genskom klasteru na hromoomskom lokusu 19q13.4.

Podskup LILR prepoznaje MHC klasu I (poznatu i kao klasa I ljudskih leukocitnih antigena (HLA) kod ljudi). Od njih, inhibitorski receptori LILRB1 i LILRB2 pokazuju široku specifičnost za klasične i neklasične MHC alele, sa preferencijalnim vezanjem na b2m vezane komplekse. Nasuprot tome, aktivirajući receptori LILRA1 i LILRA3 preferiraju b2m neovisne slobodne teške lance MHC klase I, a posebno alele HLA-C.[3]
