Exeter [ˈɛksɪtə] (kornijski: Karesk) je glavni grad grofovije Devon u jugozapadnoj Engleskoj, a nekada je bio glavni grad grofovije Cornwall. Grad je 2010. godine imao 119.600 stanovnika.[1] Exeter se nalazi na rijeci Exe, nekoliko kilometara sjeverno od ušća u kanal La Manche.
