Grb Deja

Dej (čit. Dež; mađarski: Dés; njemački: Desch) jest grad na sjeverozapadu Rumunije, u okrugu Cluj. Ima 31.000 stanovnika.

Dej (rumunski izgovor: [deʒ]; mađarski: Dés; njemački: Desch, Burglos; jidiš: דעעש Desh) je općina u Transilvaniji, Rumunjska, 60 kilometara (37 milja) sjeverno od Cluj-Napoca, u okrugu Cluj. Leži tamo gde se rijeka Someşul Mic susreće s rijekom Someşul Mare. Grad ima četiri sela: Ocna Dejului (Désakna), Peştera (Pestes), Pintic (Oláhpéntek) i Șomcutu Mic (Kissomkút).[1]

Grad leži na raskrsnici važnih željezničkih i autoputeva koji ga povezuju sa Cluj-Napoca, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Deda, Bistrița i Vatra Dornei.

Geografija

Smješten je na sutoku Malog i Velikog Samoša. Sjeverno od grada izdižu se Karpati, a južno se pruža bregovito područje centralne Transilvanije.
