TQFP
TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Pack) — тып корпусу мікрасхемы. Мае тыя ж перавагі, што QFP, але адрозніваецца меншай таўшчынёй (1 міліметр) і мае стандартны памер вывадаў (2 міліметры). Магчымая колькасць вывадаў ад 32 да 176 пры памеры аднаго боку корпуса ад 5 да 20 міліметраў. Выкарыстоўваюцца медныя вывады з крокам 0.4, 0.5, 0.65, 0.8 і 1 міліметр.
TQFP дазваляе вырашыць такія задачы, як павелічэнне шчыльнасці змяшчэння кампанентаў на друкаваных платах, памяншэнне памераў падложкі, змяншэнне таўшчыні карпусоў прылад.
