NGC 4945 (іншыя абазначэнні — ESO 219-24, AM 1302—484, IRAS13025-4911, PGC 45279) — спіральная галактыка з перамычкай (SBc) ў сузор’і Цэнтаўр. Яна досыць падобна на нашу Галактыку, аднак рэнтгенаўскія назіранні паказваюць наяўнасць сейфертовского ядры, напэўна, які змяшчае актыўную звышмасіўную чорную дзірку. Галактыка даволі блізкая да нашай. Яна з'яўляецца адной з найбольш яркіх галактык у блізкай групе галактык Цэнтаўр А/М83, размешчана ў той яе падгрупе, якая мае сваім цэнтрам Цэнтаўр А[2][3].

Гэты аб’ект уваходзіць у лік пералічаных у арыгінальнай рэдакцыі «Новага агульнага каталога».
