Гэты аб’ект уваходзіць у лік пералічаных у арыгінальнай рэдакцыі «Новага агульнага каталога».

Асіметрычная галактыка з эксцэнтрычнай вобласцю ядра. У паўночнай частцы адно доўгае рукаво, у паўднёвай адно дыфузнае кароткае рукаво; да паўднёвага захаду знаходзіцца невялікая галактыка-кампаньён[1][2].
