NGC 274 (іншыя абазначэнні — MCG −1-3-21, VV 81, ARP 140, PGC 2980) — эліптычная або лінзападобная галактыка ў сузор’і Кіт.

Гэты аб’ект уваходзіць у лік пералічаных у арыгінальнай рэдакцыі «Новага агульнага каталога».

Размешчана побач (вуглавая адлегласць 44") і ўзаемадзейнічае са спіральнай галактыкай NGC 275 [1]. Хоць у праекцыі на маляўнічую плоскасць іх падзяляе толькі 8 кпк, відаць, яны разнесены ўздоўж праменя зроку, бо NGC 275 выяўляе толькі слабыя прыкметы прыліўных абурэнняў, а ў NGC 274 такіх прыкмет не выяўлена[2].
