Meteorus — род наезнікаў сямейства Браканіды (Braconidae)[1]. Ён налічвае больш за 330 відаў па ўсім свеце[2].
Прадстаўнікі роду адрозніваюцца ад іншых браканідаў наяўнасцю другой субмаргінальнай клеткі на пярэднім крыле і чарашковым першым тэргітам[3].
