Intercity-Express (анг. «Міжгародны экспрэс», таксама вядомы пад скарачэннем ICE) - сетка хуткасных цягнікоў, у асноўным распаўсюджаная ў Германіі, распрацаваная кампаніяй Deutsche Bahn. Сучаснае пакаленне цягнікоў Intercity-Express, ICE 3, распрацаваны кансорцыумам з кампаній Siemens AG і Bombardier пад агульным кіраўніцтвам Siemens AG. Максімальная хуткасць цягнікоў ICE на адмыслова для іх пабудаваных участках чыгуначнай сеткі складае 320 км / ч. На стандартных участках сеткі хуткасць ICE складае ў сярэднім 160 км / ч. Даўжыня участкаў, на якіх ICE можа развіваць хуткасць больш 230 км / г, складае 1300 км.
