GenBank
GenBank — база даных, якая змяшчае анатаваныя паслядоўнасці ДНК і РНК. GenBank падтрымліваецца Нацыянальным цэнтрам біятэхналагічнай інфармацыі ЗША і даступны на бязвыплатнай аснове даследчыкам усяго свету. GenBank — архіўная база даных, гэта значыць адказнасць за змесціва кожнага запісу нясуць стваральнікі гэтага запісу, якімі, як правіла, з’яўляюцца эксперыментатары, якія вынайшлі гэту паслядоўнасць. GenBank разам з банкамі EMBL і DDBJ уваходзіць у кансорцыум INSDC, які ажыццяўляе рэгулярны абмен данымі паміж гэтымі трыма архівамі анатаваных нуклеатыдных паслядоўнасцей.
На ліпень 2013 года GenBank утрымліваў інфармацыю пра 152 599 230 112 нуклеатыдаў 165 740 164 паслядоўнасцей з больш чым 100 000 жывых арганізмаў[1].
