Converse — амерыканская гандлёвая марка.

Фірму заснаваў Маркус Мілс Конверс (англ.: Marquis Mills Converse) у 1908 г. Упершыню кеды з’явіліся ў баскетбольных магазінах у 1917 г. Тады яны насілі назву «All-Star». Спачатку кеды не карысталіся папулярнасцю, пакуль знакаміты баскетбаліст Чак Тэйлар не ўзяў удзел у іх рэкламе. Тады ж кеды змянілі сваю назву на «Chuck Taylor All-Stars».

У 2003 г. кампанія «Converse» была куплена карпарацыяй Nike за 305 млн. дал. ЗША.
