Öschtlech dervo isch dr ober Deil vom Valzeinatal mit dr Sayser Alp und dr Alp Falsch im Gmaindgebiet vo Trimmis. Ufem Bärgsaddel, wo dr Wäg vo Trimmis und Says is Valzeina übere goot, isch s Bärgdorf Stams.
